Fun in Newburgh and Evansville

Things have been busy the last few weeks so I'm just now catching up to updating the blog.

Evansville is home to the Willard Library which is supposedly haunted by the "Grey Lady." When my friend Beeto visited we went to see it. This is a picture from the room where business meetings took place. It's really a gorgeous library. For more information click here

Arlene and David watering the plants.

Playing with sand.

A picture of David and I in CJ's bus. It's a bus that was altered so that the inside had living quarters and a playroom (with a PS2 and an Xbox!). Whenever there is a disater they drive the bus to the area and let kids come in and play. It's really a good idea. The truck was on display at an event sponsored by Chick Fila. They had a bunch of cool trucks (fire trucks, buses, cement mixers, that sort of thing). My shirt says "Peace, Love, and Kimchi."

David playing in the play area of CJ's bus. He likes lining up cars.

David, about ready to pounce on this other boy for moving the car.

I'm glad you like the shirt! The "Korea Quarterly" re-printed an article I had written. They give people whose articles they publish a shirt. I really like it.
