Birthday

I turned 32 on May 20th. Here we are at Lics (an ice cream shop)
Here we are at Hardees. I really wanted beer-battered onion rings for my birthday.
It was raining so instead of going to Holy Rosary's Summer Social we went to Chuckee Cheeses

An egg game

This game was awesome!

So it was a delicious birthday. My big birthday gift was a Wii fit set so I'm working on burning off those calories!

Mother's Day

David enjoys his mother's day cupcake.
Happy mother's day!
On Sunday we went to Penn Station for mother's day dinner (mom picked for Friday and Arlene picked for Friday). Notice grandma's lipstick on David's cheek.

mother and son, we use this dvd player to help David sit still during dinner.

Lucky me!

Lucky dad!

Going to the park and other adventures

Fun in Newburgh and Evansville

Things have been busy the last few weeks so I'm just now catching up to updating the blog.

Evansville is home to the Willard Library which is supposedly haunted by the "Grey Lady." When my friend Beeto visited we went to see it. This is a picture from the room where business meetings took place. It's really a gorgeous library. For more information click here

Playing with sand.

A picture of David and I in CJ's bus. It's a bus that was altered so that the inside had living quarters and a playroom (with a PS2 and an Xbox!). Whenever there is a disater they drive the bus to the area and let kids come in and play. It's really a good idea. The truck was on display at an event sponsored by Chick Fila. They had a bunch of cool trucks (fire trucks, buses, cement mixers, that sort of thing). My shirt says "Peace, Love, and Kimchi."

David playing in the play area of CJ's bus. He likes lining up cars.

David, about ready to pounce on this other boy for moving the car.
