March 2023 Updates

A lot has been going on so I haven't been able to update the blog as often as I would like. The big thing was that my father had to have gallbladder surgery. I am happy to say that it all went well and he is at home and doing much better.
Having coffee together!
I'm on the Lander Bear Necessities food bank committee and was asked to attend a meeting since the head was double booked. So I had to go eat a nice meal and count it as work! The meeting was to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Greenwood food bank. They do good work (and support us at Lander!)

I sometimes play Marvel Snap to relax, and that game features "Wave," a Filipina super hero. I had Arlene pose for it when I finally got the card.

I finally got to use the cowboy game I made. I tried to dress as much like someone from the Old West as I could. One of the students also dressed up. The game proved to be very popular.
