Slice of Life

Just a few things we have been up to
The week after I returned from Korea and Japan, David participated in a pottery camp. The pieces were fired and then they had a reception. Here is what David made.
Our potter posing with his creations.
I'm trying to take some time off to make models with the boys. Here is one from Korean history (I bought it while I was in Korea). They make some pretty cool ones.
John is very happy to be drinking hot chocolate.
We love going to Publix, if you look at David closely you can see the reason why (free cookies!). It's funny because one of the bakers goes to our parish and recognized us. She praised the boys for being well behaved at church, so we were happy to see that (she was too polite to note that I am not well behaved at Mass).
One last picture of the interactive fountain--it will be closed until Memorial Day.
Arlene and David at DQ--playing in the fountain raises a hunger.
Our friend Edgar tries heroically to take a nice picture of the Filipino kids after Mass.
John watching David play Wii U while seated inside an unassembled balikbayan box. Life is good.
